GovTempsUSA seeks candidates to fill a three to six-month interim assignment as Finance Manager for the Brown County Administration Offices in Green Bay, WI. The selected candidate will work an estimated 40 hours/week and be an employee of GovTempsUSA. The assignment will be under consideration for contract-to-permanent hire.

About the County: Brown County (pop. 240,000) is the 4th largest County in Wisconsin. The County is composed of 13 townships, nine villages and two cities, of which Green Bay is the largest. It is one of the most progressive and rapidly growing cities in Wisconsin while still retaining some of the most beautiful and charming residential suburbs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation and analysis of budget, finance management operations, and business information services operations for the Human Services department, however will be cross-trained with other Brown County financial functions.
  • The Human Services department encompasses a nursing home, psychiatric hospital; social services and mental health, Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA), developmental and physical disabilities programs.
  • The work is performed under the direction of the Director of Administration.

Position Requirements: Seeking experienced Finance Manager/Director, with master’s degree and minimum five years progressively responsible management experience. CPA Preferred.
